There is a way to satisfy your pocket and your heart, it is a company structure called social enterprise.
世界をより良い場所にしながらお金を稼ぐ方法があるとしたら、あなたは興味を持ちますか？
より多くのお金を稼ぐことが、必要としている人々を助けることにつながるとしたら、あなたはそのような会社で働きたいと思いますか？
お財布も心も満足させる方法があります。それは、社会的企業という会社の仕組みです。
A social enterprise is a for-profit organization with the goal of making a positive social impact. Social enterprises include “non-profit organizations” or “registered charities” that run revenue-generating businesses, as well as organizations that run “for-profit” businesses with a social goal.
社会的企業とは、社会に良い影響を与えることを目的とした営利組織のことです。社会的企業には、収益事業を行う「非営利組織」や「登録慈善団体」、社会的な目標を掲げて「営利事業」を行う組織などがあります。
There are two common forms of for-profit social enterprise, one is to hire people in need and give them proper training so they have the skills and the means to generate income.
営利目的の社会的企業には、2つの形態があります。1つは、困っている人を雇い、適切なトレーニングを受けさせて、スキルと収入を得る手段を持たせるものです。
The second two is to split the revenue with those who need help such as children, aging population and minority. Often you will see the label on a product that says “(how much)% donates to (a cause)”.
2つ目は、収益を子供や高齢者、助けを必要とする人たちに分配する方法です。このような企業の商品のラベルによく「（いくら）％が（どこどこ）に寄付されます」と書かれているのを見かけるでしょう。
A few decades ago, we didn’t have enough and had always struggled for food. That was when we had a strong desire in materialism. Now as more and more people are getting more wealthy, we should find a balance between that and our psyche.

数十年前、十分なものを持っておらず、いつも食べ物に苦労していた人はほとんどでした。それで、物質主義に強い欲求を持つようになりました。今、多くの人が裕福になっているときでは、金銭的な面と精神のバランスを取るべきです。
目的を持ってお金を稼ぎ、人のために生き、幸せな人生を創造する。
社会的企業の新しい動きは、これからの新しい時代を象徴しています。
